
Mark Goldstein over at The Photography Blog has posted some shots taken with Pansonic's DMC-LZ5 prior to an uncoming review. Despite the nice specs, several commenters have pointed out the obvious flaws in the lens, notably fringing at the edges:
The Panasonic LZ5 is a fairly compact digital camera with a long 6x optical zoom lens equivalent to 37mm to 222mm on a 35mm film camera, optical image stabilzer and and a 2.5 inch LCD screen.
