Samsung GX1 slr : Rumors informs us that the cooperation between Pentax and Samsung already start working. As to several resources we may expect a brand new digital SLR camera under the brand name of Samsung: Samsung GX1. As to unofficial information the Samsung GX 1 d-SLR camera will be based on the Pentax *istDL camera. Specifications are not unveiled yet, but as to the lenses we all know that Pentax possesses a wide range of high-performance interchangeable lenses which is perfect for a brand to start with. Although the details about the image sensor are not specified, we may assume 6 Megapixels to start with. We welcome a new brand within the digital SLR market using well-known digital SLR knowledge from a brand like Pentax.
