Samsung Techwin, one
of many Samsung subsidiaries, unveiled the rather uniquely named #11PMP, a digital camera with built-in personal media
player functions. The digital camera side of the equation doesn't look too bad, with a 6 megapixel sensor (although it
obviously lacks an optical zoom), but the PMP features look to be decidedly lacking, with only 45MB of internal memory.
Easily expanded using whatever type of memory card it takes, but still, we don't expect it to replace anyone's main PMP
anytime soon. But at least it's thin -- about 18.5 mm. It goes on sale this month for around $450US.
